About us

Award winning chef, author, and proclaimed, “God Father of Poke” Chef Sam Choy offers a true taste of Hawai’i! All of our menu dishes represent the various fusions that makes Hawai’i’s food so ONO! Don’t be fooled by the name, because we serve more than just fresh poke.

Stop in for Spam Musubi, Loco Moco, our famous Garlic Chicken, and much more. Whether your grabbing a plate at one of our food trucks, dining at our restaurant, or having us cater your event; escape with us and enjoy local style plate lunch, with a little Aloha in every bite.



Let us bring a little aloha to your dinner party or luncheon! For pick up at one of our locations or at the food trucks many locations, please order at least 72 hours in advance. Delivery fees maybe applied for deliveries outside of our city limits. All delivery or pick up orders must be paid at the time of ordering.


Book our beautiful truck at any of your upcoming events. Please note the following:

  • We allow you to alter the menu however you'd like. The entire menu can be served or specific items of your choice. Poke is usually brought in smaller batches unless you tell us \"Mo Poke!\"
  • If the designated parking area for our food truck is not on a private lot, then the client is required to provide us with any permits needed.
  • Since our truck is a big girl we need parking large enough to fit her comfortably. Flat ground is needed!
  • Rental prices vary depending on time of the day, week, year, and your needs... but, we love to show her off as much as we can!


We can create a beautiful buffet table to your liking. Here's how it works:

  • Choose your menu options from our catering page. Please let us know if you have any special requests not listed.
  • Three hours of great service is included. Additional fees are added for time over the given amount.
  • Our team only manages the buffet line to ensure things stay clean, organized, & replenished.
  • All the table dressings are taken care of on our end, but we do not provide the tables unless specified.
  • Kitchen space is needed for staging the food and equipment. Please help us by indicating if there is refrigeration, ovens, etc.
